Right now, PSG’s asking price for Barcola stands at around $196 million (£145 million), with talkSPORT suggesting that could fall to roughly $169 million (£125 million). Liverpool have also ended their interest in another PSG winger, Ibrahim Mbaye, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the club want to pour their resources into Barcola alone rather than attempt an expensive double move.
Osimhen chase defines Arsenal’s window
Arsenal’s attacking plans are just as aggressive. TEAMtalk report that Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have all held talks over a possible deal for Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen.

Across the city, Manchester City are standing firm. Fichajes claim City have rejected a $115 million (£85 million) offer from Tottenham for winger Savinho. City reportedly believe Spurs will come back with a higher bid in the coming weeks.
