These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern how you access and use MaplePitch (“we,” “our,” “us”) via maplepitch.ca (the “Site”), including all related content, tools, and services (the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to follow these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not accept these Terms, you should not continue using the Services.
1) Eligibility

MaplePitch publishes football news, commentary, analysis, and projections aimed at a Canadian audience, alongside international coverage. Predictions reflect opinion and analysis and do not guarantee results. Any reliance on our content is at your own discretion.
3) Ownership and Permitted Use
All materials available on the Site—including articles, headlines, graphics, logos, and overall design—are owned by MaplePitch or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws. You may access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

4) Platform Features
We do not currently provide user accounts or interactive features such as commenting. If such functionality is introduced in the future, it will be subject to these Terms and any updates.

If we enable user submissions (“Submissions”), you will retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for the operation and improvement of the Services.
