PSG Close to Signing Ajax Talent Mika Godts

Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on another major signing this summer, with a deal for Ajax talent Mika Godts now verbally agreed.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reported on his X account that PSG have reached a verbal agreement with Ajax to sign the Belgian. According to Romano, PSG secured the agreement after submitting a new official offer worth €55 million, which Ajax accepted in principle. The fee has been verbally settled between the clubs as the French champions continue to reshape their squad.

There is still one step to go. Romano underlined that the documents have not yet been exchanged, but both clubs now have a verbal understanding in place over the transfer.

PSG have moved quickly. The question now is how soon they turn this verbal pact into a signature on the contract.
