Liverpool's Early Goals Secure Iraola's First Win

Liverpool needed less than ten minutes to rip the contest away from Ipswich Town and hand Andoni Iraola his first Premier League victory in charge.

It was also their first clean sheet of the season, a small but important marker for a defence that had leaked goals in those opening fixtures.

There was a glimpse of the future too. Bradley Barcola came off the bench to make his debut for the visitors, a late cameo in a match already under control but a significant moment for the player all the same.
