Three bids for Alex Scott have been knocked back, the latest climbing to a hefty £68 million. Bournemouth’s stance has been blunt: the 23-year-old is not for sale this window. That firm refusal has forced Xabi Alonso and Chelsea’s recruitment team to pivot quickly as the deadline looms.
Camavinga in the frame as Madrid door creaks open
Camavinga’s name has hovered around the exit chatter at the Santiago Bernabeu ever since Jose Mourinho took charge. The midfielder has been repeatedly linked with a move away, and Chelsea are now testing whether that uncertainty can be turned into an opportunity.
