Arsenal are not alone. Manchester United have made enquiries and are planning a move of their own, while Manchester City are monitoring the England U21 international, who can also operate at right-back. Fabregas’ Como turn to Delap
In Italy, Como are thinking big again. The ambitious club, coached by former Chelsea and Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, are considering a loan move for Chelsea forward Liam Delap, according to The Daily Mail.
Delap, 23, has found life at Stamford Bridge heavy going since his £30 million switch from Ipswich Town in 2025. Two goals in 41 games last season tell the story. Chelsea’s overhaul in the final third is set to continue. Winger Pedro Neto is close to a move to the Saudi Pro League, with Sky Switzerland reporting that Al Hilal have reached an agreement on personal terms with the 26-year-old.
Neto had been linked with Arsenal and Manchester City, but Al Hilal are ready to go where others have not: up to the €60 million required to land him. The Portugal international is prepared to leave Stamford Bridge, clearing the way for another significant sale in Chelsea’s ongoing rebuild.
Newcastle target Baleba and close in on Dedić
