The 16-year-old has been tracked by all three clubs during the summer window, but the North London side are now driving the talks. Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reports that Arsenal are actively pushing to strike a deal after receiving a clear indication from Monga that he would agree to the move.

That stance hands Arsenal a crucial advantage in a battle involving two of their biggest domestic rivals.
